You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Tiny Schedule LTD.
Tiny Schedule LTD, registered in the UK, is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Tiny Schedule app, available on iOS and Android, stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to provide our Service. By accepting these terms, you agree to receive text messages from Tiny Schedule LTD. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could make your phone vulnerable to malware, compromise your phone’s security features, and the Tiny Schedule app may not work properly or at all.
The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.
User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for the services listed on Tiny Schedule online booking. Tiny Schedule LTD is not responsible for any illegal or forbidden services that users may list.
Payment and Fees
• Stripe Fees: Users agree to pay Stripe’s commission for every transaction and accept Stripe’s rates, which can be found on Stripe’s website.
• Tiny Schedule Fees: Users agree to pay the following booking fees for each transaction:

• Bulgaria: BGN 1.00
• Brazil: BRL 3.00
• Canada: CAD 1.00
• Switzerland: CHF 0.85
• Czech Republic: CZK 20.00
• Denmark: DKK 6.00

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Schedule LTD, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the app; (b) your inability to access or use the app; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tiny Schedule LTD, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activity. You also agree not to interfere with the app’s operation or to attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
Service Availability and Changes
Tiny Schedule LTD does not guarantee that the app will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the app for business and operational reasons.
Termination of Use
Tiny Schedule LTD may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
